Qualification
| 1.Registrar – Officers of Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Court or District Court or Statutory/Autonomous bodies having pension benefits or Officers of Judge Advocate General branch of Army, Navy and Air Force and other similar institutions. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or with five years regular service in the parent cadre or department in Level-12 of the pay matrix and a degree in law from a recognized university. 2.Joint Registrar – Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Court or District Court or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, having a law degree, receiving pension benefits. 3.Deputy Registrar – Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or with five years regular service in a post in Level-11 of the pay matrix in the parent cadre or department and ten years in personnel and administrative or judicial functions. To have experience. Officers of Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Court or District Court or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies having pension benefits. 4.Principal Private Secretary – Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department (with five years of regular service in the parent cadre or department in the post pay matrix or level-10, level 8 or seven of the pay matrix (with six years’ regular service in the parent cadre or department in the post in Level – 7 of the Pay Matrix) with five years’ regular service in the parent cadre or department in the post in Level – 7 of the Pay Matrix and five years’ experience in personnel and administrative or judicial functions. Desirable: Must have a law degree from a recognized university. Stenographer in Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Court or Autonomous Benefit: District Court or Statutory/Pensionary Bodies. Holding similar post in the Department on regular basis; OR With six years’ regular service in the parent cadre or department in posts in Level-8 of the pay matrix or with seven years’ regular service in the parent cadre or department in posts in Level-7 of the pay matrix. |
