This service is completely temporary and the employer will have the right to terminate it at any time without any prior notice and if the work is not found satisfactory.
Working timings in Red Cross Medical Shop- First shift- 08:00 am to 03:00 pm Second shift- 03:00 pm to 10:00 pm Third Shift – Received from 10:00 PM to 08:00 PM. Shifts will be changed every week on the basis of roster and the manager will have the right to make changes.
Employees will be eligible for weekly leave. The day of weekly holiday will be decided by the manager.
Employees will be eligible for maximum 13 days leave in a financial year, the employee will be able to take maximum 02 days leave in a month.
In case of taking additional leave, salary will be deducted. In case of any employee being on leave, the employee doing additional work in his place will be given half the honorarium of that day. The manager will have the right to approve leave of the employees.
Necessary medicines for the employees working in the shop and their immediate family members will be supplied at trade rates in the medical shop. Its maximum limit will not exceed Rs 3000.00 per month.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Collector and President Indian Red Cross Society District Branch Bilaspur will be final and universally accepted.
It is proposed to give Rs 12000.00 (Rupees twelve thousand only) per month to the computer operator working in the Red Cross office. In addition to the selection list, it is proposed to keep the waiting list valid for 01 year.
It is proposed to make changes in the number of posts as per requirement.
